Coffee pot, silvering, France late 19th century
This gorgeous coffee pot has a ovoid body, supported on four clawed feet with acanthus leaf attachments. The particular spout of this teapot is richiliy engraved and terminates with a dragon's head. The handle is wooden, and the knob on the lid has a pine cone shape. On the bottom of one foot it is marked "Chambly", a french parisian manufacturer of the late 19th century. This coffee pot comes in a set of 2, one slightly wider than the other, you can decide whether to purchase them together or individually.
