A striking French figural candelabrum in patinated bronze with gilt details, representing a finely dressed lady amid rococo foliage. The composition rises gracefully to four ornate candle arms enriched with leafy scrolls and pierced drip pans, balanced on a tri-lobed base adorned with stylized acanthus and shell motifs. The contrasting dark patina and selective gilding create a rich decorative effect typical of the Napoléon III period. Standing approximately 45 cm tall, the piece shows the high casting quality and sculptural precision of 19th-century French bronze work. Solid, stable, and beautifully preserved with light, honest wear consistent with age. A decorative and collectible candelabrum of great character and refinement.
