Cutlery set of 18 silver plated flatware, rare antique steel cutlery set from H. Spengler, Hotel Royal, France 19th century.
The knives carry the engraved monogram of the Zwilling Henckels, a renowned steel knives manufacture founded in 1731, Germany. 
The set comprises :
-6 knives, 25 cm length
-6 forks, 21 cm length
-6 spoons, 21 cm length
The set comes with two silk lined cases, one for the knives, the second for forks and spoons. 
The plating is intact, a few spots are presents.
